HOW IT WORKS · CORAL SPRINGS

From First Measurement to Installed Closet

Four steps, one team. We measure your space, design it in 3D, manufacture it in our own Coral Springs facility, and install it with our own crew. No subcontractors, no catalog parts, no out-of-state orders.

THE PROCESS

How We Build Your Custom Closet

Every project in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Weston, Pembroke Pines and across South Florida follows the same four steps.

01

Analyzing Your Space

We measure every wall, corner and obstacle in the room — baseboards, outlets, light switches, existing structures, floor level — and sketch the space to scale. Nothing gets designed until we know exactly what we're working with.

Listening to You

How many pairs of shoes. How many long dresses, shirts, belts, purses and bags. Whether you need jewelry drawers, tool storage or pantry space. The design starts from what you actually own, not from a template.

02

Your 3D Design

Our designers build your full layout in Fusion 360, SolidWorks and AutoCAD — real manufacturing software, not a sales catalog viewer. You see every shelf, rod, drawer and finish before anything is cut.

We present it in an online appointment where you change colors, heights, quantities and structure until it's right. Then we quote your accessories and confirm stock before we build.

Preparing the Area

If the room needs minor repairs, adjustments, painting or preliminary finishes before installation, our team can handle that too.

03

Manufacturing in Coral Springs

Your approved design goes straight to our own CNC machinery in our Coral Springs facility. Our technicians cut, edge and assemble every component in house.

This is where being a real manufacturer matters: no out-of-state orders, no catalog parts, no waiting on a distributor. Most projects are ready within one to two weeks.

Before Install Day

We verify your order against the approved design, then call you one to two days ahead to confirm the schedule.

04

Installation Day

Our own crew arrives — never subcontractors. We cover your entrance and flooring, protect your belongings, and document the space before and after.

Walls are never perfectly straight. Our installers make the adjustments on site so the finished unit sits true against your wall. We clean and clear everything before we leave.

The Punch List

We come back for a free post-installation visit to handle anything you want adjusted. No cost, no conditions.

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

South Florida's Only True In-House Manufacturer

Most storage companies here install systems from catalogs. We build ours from raw panels in our own factory.

Our Own Factory

CNC machinery, edge banders and assembly, all in our Coral Springs facility. We don't resell someone else's panels.

Direct From Factory Pricing

No franchise royalties, no brand markups, no distribution chain. Your budget goes into materials and craftsmanship.

One Team, Start to Finish

The same company that measured, designed and built your closet installs it. No handoff, no finger-pointing.

QUESTIONS

Process FAQ

Who actually installs the closet? +
Our own crew — the same company that measured, designed and manufactured it. We don't use subcontractors, so there's no handoff between the people who built your closet and the people who install it.
How long does the whole process take? +
Most projects go from first measurement to installed closet in one to two weeks. Design and approval usually take a few days; manufacturing in our Coral Springs facility runs one to two weeks; installation is typically a single visit.
Do I have to be home for the installation? +
Yes, at least at the start and the end. We walk the space with you before we begin and review the finished work together before we leave. You'll also need a 120V work zone available for our tools.
What if something isn't right after installation? +
We schedule a free punch-list visit after installation to handle any adjustments. There's no cost and no conditions — it's part of every project.
Can I change the design after I approve it? +
Changes are easiest before manufacturing begins. During the 3D presentation you can adjust colors, heights, quantities and structure as many times as you need. Once panels are cut, changes mean new material and a new timeline.
